What are we quacking for?
QuAC is a brand new art organization based out of Shelton, WA. The goal of this group is to promote diverse and inclusive art efforts in Mason County/Shelton for adults. We want to curate space for ‘weird’, queer, and fun discussions.
What we’re here for!
QuAC was founded with the belief that all art deserves to be seen and all voices deserve to be heard. There is no skill level too low and no art too weird for us.
All Are Welcome
However you feel about your gender or sexuality, you are welcome with QuAC. Trans rights are human rights and we all deserve to be loved, heard, and to feel safe.
Do you have to be queer to join QuAC? Nope! Our requirements are: Kind, at least a little quirky, and willing to color outside the lines.
All Art Is Welcome
Will we always understand one another’s art? Probably not, but we can try! Whatver your medium or your content, your art is welcome!
(This of course should go without saying that anything that needs content warnings should be appropriately and carefully shared.)
Community Building
One of the most important philosophies at QuAC is that we are better together. Whether it’s doing a creative art project together or helping weed someone’s yard; QuAC is in the business of supporting each other!
